We had a good-sized crowd sewing zippers on January 31. It was the first time for everyone and they all did really well. Several made small tote bags with zipper closings; Suzanne, co-owner of Goods For The Planet, made a zip-up heart shaped pillow. (Someone told me that she has it hanging up in the store, so you could go take a look.)
The next SUS sewing class will be on Saturday, February 28. We'll be making aprons.
